Our team has over 20 years of experience in non-profit and association management, working with organizations of all sizes across various industries.

We customize our approach to meet each client's unique needs, providing master-level facilitation to help organizations develop and achieve their visions. Our expertise ensures that clients' perspectives, expertise, and passion are at the forefront of every project.

Founder and Managing Partner    

Kelli Baxter is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience, including 17 years in association management.  Kelli specializes in strategic planning, board governance, operations and program management with the ability to lead a broad range of diverse projects with a defined scope, quality, time and budget. She has broad experience in many technology platforms, excellent skills in meetings management, and vigorous media relations and communications skills. 

She served in leadership roles as Executive Director, COO and Deputy Executive Director for several nonprofit trade associations and professional societies including the American Translators Association (ATA), the National Utility Contractors Association Metropolitan DC (NUCADC), the Licensing Executives Society USA & Canada (LES) and the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO). 

Kelli is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), having served on the Executive Management Advisory Council and ASAE Small Staff Advisory Committee. She currently serves on the boards of the Black Association Executives (BAE) and the Immune Recovery Foundation. In her spare time, she volunteers on State Advisory Council of Kairos Prison Ministry, Northern Virginia, as well as the Secretariat of the Archdiocese of Washington DC Cursillo Movement. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society from Purdue University, and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from University of Maryland Global Campus.  She lives with her husband of 27 years in Washington, DC, enjoys volunteering, golfing, sailing, and cooking.
